Here's our clarification.

Steps 1 and 2:
What are 'Rubbish & Loose Pet Hair' and 'Vacuum Everything'? How is it done?
Self-explanatory. What you don't have time for -- we clean up. Quickly round up small pieces of rubbish and loose pet hair. We then proceed with vacuuming dusty crevices with the assistance of an ultra-soft detail brush to agitate. Lastly, use a carpet brush to assist with vacuuming carpets.

Step 3:
What is a 'Steam Clean (Disinfect)'? How is it performed?
A combination of high temperatures and a fantastic interior cleaner provides enough disinfecting without ruining the interior. It also loosens up embedded dirt that can't be wiped off.
We wrap our steamer with a microfiber cloth (disperse heat and mop up) and go through ONLY the appropriate surfaces.

Steps 4 and 5:
What are 'Shampoo & Extract Textiles' and 'Treat & Wipe Surfaces'? How is it done?
Both these steps are the main bulk of the cleaning process. Both steps remove old dirt, stains, and bacteria. We use an odour-eliminating upholstery shampoo that can deodorise most pungent odours from fabrics.
Shampooing and extracting requires 3 steps: treatment, agitation, and extraction. Treatment is applying quality upholstery shampoo with our pump sprayer. Agitation loosens up stubborn dirt and is performed with either a soft drill brush, fabric brush, or leather brush, depending on the circumstance. Lastly, extraction removes the treatment and loosened dirt with an extractor/wet vacuum.
Treating and wiping surfaces is intuitive. Using an edgeless microfiber towel and a great interior cleaner to wipe down hard surfaces.

Step 6:
What is 'Gentle Headliner Clean'? How is it performed?
Headliners can be a detailer's nightmare. Too much force, heat, or liquid can ruin the adhesive that is holding it up - causing it to sag down. We approach the headliner carefully to prevent any issues for you.
An interior cleaner is sprayed onto a soft microfiber cloth and gently wiped across the headliner.

Step 7 and 9:
What is 'Deodorise Textiles' and 'Deodorise AC Vents? How is it achieved?
A light mist of odour-eliminating solution to reduce the sweat smell on the seats and carpets. We lightly mist the seats with premium upholstery & carpet refresher.
For the air-conditioner vents, an odour-eliminating foaming vent cleaner is sprayed into the AC intake and vents.
*(A odour-eliminating spray and AC vent cleaner can only achieve great results. If you want fantastic results, refer to our complete odour removal service, 'Smoke, Sweat, & Spice', instead.

Step 8:
What is an 'Interior UV Protectant'? How is it applied?
Interior UV Protectant is sprayed onto interior surfaces to reduce UV damage and aging.

Step 9:
What is 'Pre-Treatment'? How is it performed?
Pre-treatment, also known as Pre-Wash, is used to loosen contaminants (dirt, industrial fallout, organic matter, pollutants, brake dust, etc) before contact washing.

We coat the vehicle with either an APC or a rinseless-wash solution. Let it dwell for a minute. Then use a pressure washer on medium strength to wash off the solution along with the loosened dirt.

Step 10:
What is 'Door Jambs Clean'? How is it done?
Door jambs are the frames which the door sits against - only visible when you open the doors. This area can be covered in grease and dirt that can easily stain clothes. We clean all door jambs with a steamer, detailing brush, and an APC.

Step 11:
What is 'Streak-Free Glass'? How is it performed?
Crystal clear glass for your viewing experience. We clean both inside and outside glass to ensure that it is streak and smear free.
We use a tint-safe glass cleaner and a waffle weave microfiber cloth.

"Do you come to me?"
Yes, you can relax at home while we service your vehicle. You can also leave it at Ansari HQ. The details will be discussed upon booking.

"I have an expensive car; what products are used on my car?"
At Ansari Auto Elegance your car is safe. We do not spray All Purpose Cleaner for every surface like dodgy detailers. We use specific high-quality products for each step of the process.

"Do you detail groups of vehicles?"
Yes, we do. However, we currently max out at 5 vehicles per order.
Additional vehicles get 15% off any package. As long as they are in the same order for the same day.
Have all your mates' cars serviced together whilst you all chill indoors! We still provide the discount if it is a group booking at the same location.
