Here's our clarification.

Steps 1 and 2:
What are 'Rubbish & Loose Pet Hair' and 'Vacuum Crevices & Carpets'? How is it done?
Self-explanatory. We clean up the things you don't have time for. Gather loose pet hair and little pieces of trash right away. After that, we vacuum the dusty crevices while agitating them with an incredibly soft detail brush. Finally, help vacuum carpets by using a carpet brush.

Step 3:
What is a 'Disinfect & Wipe Hard Surfaces'? How is it performed?
The inside can be sufficiently disinfected without being damaged by using high heat in conjunction with an excellent interior cleaner. We go over all suitable surfaces while wrapping our steamer in a microfiber cloth to spread heat and mop up spills. Wipe surfaces cleanly with an interior cleaner.

Steps 4 and 5:
What are 'Deodorise Textiles' and 'Interior UV Protectant'? How is it done?
These two actions are the last touches on our interior clean.
A top-notch odor-eliminating spray is necessary for deodorising textiles. Simply spray it on, then wipe off any extra. great for freshening up sweaty chairs.
To lessen UV ageing and damage, interior surfaces are treated with interior UV Protectant.

Step 6:
What is 'Jambs & Gas-Tank Cover Clean'? How is it performed?
These steps are highlights of the maintenance wash and interior. Door jambs are the frames which the door sits against - only visible when you open the doors. Gas-tank Covers are what you see when you fill up with fuel. This area can be covered in grease that can easily stain clothes. We clean both with a steamer, detailing brush, and an APC.

Step 7:
What is a 'Tires & Wheels Clean'? How is it achieved?
We clean Tires & Wheels (T&W) thoroughly first because they hold the most contaminants. Cleaning T&W first, prevents contaminants from spreading on the rest of the vehicle.
We lather our T&W Clean cleaner all over the tires and wheels. Then, we use our variety of brushes to thoroughly remove contaminants. Two to three passes of spraying and scrubbing are usually enough. We keep a separate bucket for T&W to isolate its contaminants from the paintwork. A dirt lock is kept at the bottom of the bucket to prevent dirt from floating at the top of the bucket. The bucket water is changed when necessary.

Step 8:
What is 'Anti-Rust (Brake Discs)'? How is it applied?
Brake discs are always bare because braking strips off metal. Furthermore, brake discs consist of iron, which rusts. Every time it rains heavily, you will notice the brake discs developing flash rust. After you drive, it vanishes because you used the brakes to strip it off. However, as it strips off the rust -- it spreads it everywhere, giving your wheels a dust film with a burnt sienna tint. This is no different when you wash the wheels. Moisture + Air with bare metal aren't good friends. Before the flash rust can occur, we will spray rust preventative on the brake disc to reduce flash rust and the eventual burnt sienna mess on your newly detailed wheels. The purpose is to prevent rusting until it gets to you. Once you start driving, it becomes bare metal again.
After we rinse all iron remover, we spray rust preventatives on the brake disc. Do not worry, the product is water-based and won't cause brake slips.

Step 9:
What is 'Pre-Treatment'? How is performed?
Pre-treatment, also known as Pre-Wash, is used to loosen contaminants (dirt, industrial fallout, organic matter, pollutants, brake dust, etc) before contact washing.

We coat the vehicle with either an APC or a rinseless-wash solution. Let it dwell for a minute. Then use a pressure washer on medium strength to wash off the solution along with the loosened dirt.

Step 10:
What is 'Hand Shampoo'? How is it done?
Hand Shampoo is contact washing. Hand Shampoo, also known as Hand Wash, is chemical and mechanical assistance to remove contaminants. We use the 'two bucket method' for the Hand Shampoo -- one bucket for the shampoo and the other for rinsing. Each bucket has a dirt lock at the bottom.
Start off by dipping our wash mitts into the shampoo bucket and start washing your vehicle gently. When the wash mitt is dirty, we rinse it in the respective bucket. Rep
eat the shampoo and rinse until your car is cleaned.

Step 11:
What is 'Bug and Tar Remover'? How is it performed?
Bug and Tar Remover is used to take off organic matter (bug guts, bird poop, etc) from your vehicle. This step isn't always necessary.

We spray the solution onto our microfiber towel and the affected section -- then wipe it off.

Step 12:
What is 'SiO2 Ceramic Spray (Wheels)'? How is it applied?
SiO2 (silicon dioxide) is a chemical compound  that is often used for manufacturing glass and ceramics. An SiO2 Spray is a paint protectant infused with silicon dioxide. They call this ceramic technology. By using this sealant, the surface is protected by a thin layer of glass. Therefore, increasing longevity and hydrophobicity -- keeping it cleaner!
Most SiO2 Sealants are sprayed onto a wet surface and immediately watered off.  For this package, it is done for the wheels.

Steps 13 and 14:
What are 'Wax' and 'Tire & Trim Dressing'? How is it applied?
Wax is similar to a moisturising sunblock for cars. Both shine and UV protection will be improved. Dressing for tyres and trims is comparable.
Its application depends on the wax. We use spray wax in our service. In order to remove it, we spray it liberally while it is still wet. (Recent spray wax technology has shown to be equally effective as traditional wax but less messy!)
An applicator is used to apply tyre dressing to the tyres, which is then buffed off. Trim dressing is the same.

Step 15:
What is 'Streak-Free Glass'? How is it achieved?
No streaks, smears, or smudges on your glass. Both inside and out are cleaned. A good glass cleaner and a microfiber towel with a waffle weave will help you clean glass without streaks.

Step 16:
What is 'Beadmaker Paint Protectant'?
This innovative product leverages binding polymer monomer technology to create a mesmerising, long-lasting finish that's nothing short of brilliant. Beadmaker incorporates a combination of a UV filter and UV stabilisers to ensure your vehicle's paint stays vibrant and protected from harmful sun rays.
What truly sets Bead Maker apart is the surface migrating molecule. This remarkable molecule attaches itself to your vehicle's paint surface, creating a cross-linked and polymerised hydrophobic layer of protection. This means your car will repel water like never before, ensuring a durable shield against the elements.
